State service "Union Counter - Terrorism" of Committee for State Security of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics – "UCT" subscribes to Committee for State Security (KGB) of the USSR for preventing and combating fraud and corruption in the operations of FUND RA. International Police Council for Counter Terrorism (IPCCT) – IPCCT is a USA registered to Law Enforcement Department, a community of practice, and the professional body that sets standards for investigative offices in international institutions. UN ID# 583216.
UN Representatives of Investigative Services (UN-RIS) – FUND RA was formally accepted into UN-RIS, a professional network covering investigation functions within the UN System.
